Each bag will be treated as one delivery order, although payment can be made for the whole order beyond 1 piece. Hence if one order is for 3 bags, each bag will be shipped out individually and you will receive 3 parcels from DHL.
All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner DHL, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Insurance
KLUTCHED insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by KLUTCHED and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
