HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at KLutched is easy:
- If you know what you are looking for, go under the COLLECTION tab and use the BAGS, SMALL LEATHER GOODS OR BELTS links. If you are more specific in terms of type of bag, search under BAGS and each category of type of bag.
- Once you have found an item, select your colour and click on the “BE MINE!' button underneath each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
- Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can shop at KLutched without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your KLutched account:

To create an account, simply click on 'Sign Up' and then 'Register now' to fill in your details.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All products have full product details on the individual product page, from dimensions of the bag to the description of the material. Colour options are all viewable on the picture tabs below the main product image. Each picture can be clicked on for a larger view and a zoom tool is also available.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless "Out of Stock" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email sales@KLutched.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will need to be a registered user). Waiting lists are only available for current season collections that have sold out, and do not apply to sale items.
You can also register interest for items previewed in our editorial features, and will receive email notification when they arrive in stock. From time to time, selected items may be available to purchase on a pre-order basis. This means that you can place your order before items are available to ship, but will only be charged at the time of dispatch.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KLUTCHED ACCEPT?
For the moment, we accept payment through Pay Pal which allows for all types of credit cards. After you check out, the site will take you to the payment page which is the authorized PayPal page. Pay Pal registered users can just login with their PayPal details and select card for payment. For non Pay Pal users, the payment page serves as an automatic PayPal registration page and payment page.

At KLUTCHED, your personal online security is important to us. PayPal is one of the most trusted payment sites worldwide, and all orders are processed through PayPal’s secure checkout system.

DOES KLUTCHED SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We deliver to 170 countries around the world, and ship exclusively worldwide through DHL Worldwide Express.

Each bag will be treated as one delivery order, although payment can be made for the whole order beyond 1 piece. Hence if one order is for 3 bags, each bag will be shipped out individually and you will receive 3 parcels from DHL.
All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner DHL, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN?
Your order will be delivered to you in our luxurious signature black and beige boxes* which not only look fabulous, but make the perfect storage solution!

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from KLutched to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. KLutched is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We accept exchanges for unsatisfied customers, but no returns or cash refunds. Please emailcustomer@KLutched.com for exchanges to be arranged. KLutched will not bear the cost of the delivery back to us and the shipment cost of the new piece that has been exchanged.

KLutched, like offline shops, offers seasonal sales. There are links to the SALE page from the COLLECTION tab, when the sale season has started.
